Mental health and exercise habits among police students in Sweden: A three-year retrospective study

چکیده
This study aims to explore police students’ self-rated mental health and physical activity levels the relationship between them. Based on longitudinal cross-sectional data ( N = 722), two scales orientation were developed. The of analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, X 2 . During education, (1) level decreases for men, (2) there is a decline in positive both sexes, (3) women report more negative orientation. raises questions regarding whether “enough” done provide students with sufficient conditions improving their health.
